When testing from xlights without your USB controllers connected xlights will get an error when you turn on output to lights when xlights tries to open the USB device. To suppress these right click on the USB output in the setup tab and deactivate it. The output will then be greyed out so it is clear it is deactivated. You will also get warnings in check sequence and check schedule so you don’t forget.

But … be aware that xSchedule also respects this state as well so before you go to run your show make sure you go back into xlights and re-activate all your outputs.
